- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool; set aside.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and mozzarella.
